    Being a girl, I’ve tried this Refine Me, and it’s amazing! More energy, no side effects. Definitely a thumbs up!

    I started taking Refine Me to aid in balancing my hormones due to perimenopausal symptoms. Specifically, I had hormonal cravings and severe bloating due to hormonal fluctuations before taking Refine Me. After about 2-3 weeks of taking this product, I noticed that these symptoms subsided significantly. The bloating went away and cravings dissipated. I highly recommend this product. Just be sure to follow the directions and take it daily for best results.
